This special edition brings artist Skulboy's gritty, apocalyptic style to the debut release of the Fission Defy. The Defy itself starts out straight before biting into a solid overstable fade, playing something like a more stable Photon or a longer Clash, and it resists turning over even under heavy power for a reliable, line-locking drive. It's molded in Fission, Axiom's ultralight plastic that uses tiny embedded microbubbles to shave weight off the core while keeping the flight characteristics and durability of a heavier disc.

The Defy

The Defy features a straight initial flight with a nice bite of overstability at the end. It is best described as a more stable MVP Photon or a longer Axiom Clash. Like the Clash, the Defy exhibits remarkable resistance to turnover even at high power. Players seeking a long power driver will appreciate the line-locking tendencies of the Defy, and throwers not fully powering the Defy will still get a highly useable long overstable disc.

Firm Soft

Axiom Discs' Fission plastic is an advanced, high-tech blend engineered to deliver lightweight performance without sacrificing stability or grip. By embedding micro-bubbles directly into the core matrix of the disc while concentrating density into the outer GYRO overmold, Fission allows players to throw lighter weights while maintaining the flight characteristics and wind resistance of a much heavier disc. In the hand, it features a slightly flexy, ultra-grippy matte finish that provides exceptional tactile traction in all weather conditions, making it an ideal choice for throwers looking to boost their arm speed, maximize distance, and retain total control on every release.
