Most Discs Small Accessories Ship Same Day
We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship the same day.
It is our goal to fulfill and ship orders made Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM, CT, the same day. Orders made after 2:00 PM, CT, and orders over the weekend or made on a Holiday, are fulfilled and shipped the following business day.
Occasionally, high sales volumes and/or technical difficulties may delay the fulfillment process. In those cases, we make every effort to fulfill and ship orders within 24 hours.
Apparel & Large Accessories Ship Within 3-5 Business Days
Apparel is made to order by a third party and is typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Disc golf bags, baskets and other large accessories are shipped directly from the manufacturer and ship within 3-5 business days.

We do not currently offer International shipping.
Local Delivery
Local Deliveries are paused until further notice.
Local Pickup
We do not currently offer local pickup.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
In order to protect ourselves and our customers from potential fraud, we do not change shipping addresses after an order is placed.
If the order has not shipped, contact us at support@scissortaildiscgolf.com. We will help you cancel the order and place a new order with the updated shipping address.
How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@scissortaildiscgolf.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
