The Marlin

The Marlin is Neptune Discs' first fairway driver. Its understability sends the Marlin soaring down the fairway with effortless distance and it is great for shaping shots through the woods. Beginner players and players with slower arm speeds will love the Marlin for how easy it is to throw.

Pearl Plastic

Pearl plastic is Neptune Discs' premium plastic. Pearl plastic takes after it's name by with a pearly, shiny appearance, making the plastic look beautiful and unique. Pearl plastic is fairly stiff, but has excellent grip and feel that premium disc golf plastics should have. It's just the right amount of grip mixed with an amazing pearlescent shine.

Understable, but Controllable

Neptune's initial fairway offering is a solid one with the Marlin. This 7-speed has a heartbeat dome on every one I've held and I can assure you, the -4 turn is real (the 1 fade is also there at the end). I wouldn't throw this disc into a headwind for any reason, but downwind it's the most effortless 350' I have ever thrown. It's a surprisingly effective woods tool as well, since powering down will give you a hyzerflip machine that you can shape through gaps.

This is a great disc for beginners regardless of power level since lower power players will have a great learning tool that will change flight as they power up and high power players have a tool they can use to fine tune control.
