The Heat is an easy-throwing, understable driver with a smaller rim that makes it comfortable to grip, especially for newer or developing arms. It's known for turning over smoothly and carrying distance even at slower speeds, which made it a bit of a breakthrough disc when it came out. It's molded in ESP FLX, a softer, grippier version of ESP that still holds its shape and stability.

The Heat

The Discraft Heat is a highly controllable, understable 9-speed fairway driver engineered for massive glide and effortless line-shaping. Designed with a shallow rim and a comfortable, ergonomic hand feel, it offers a smooth, natural release for throwers of all skill levels. In flight, it exhibits a pronounced high-speed turn that allows lower arm speeds to achieve easy, straight-carrying distance and full S-curve trajectories without fading out prematurely. For higher-power players, the Heat serves as an exceptional utility tool for carving tight wooded fairways, throwing smooth hyzer-flips that pop up and ride, executing sweeping turnovers, and rolling with pinpoint accuracy.
