It’s been said that on rare occasions, in the light of the full moon, James Conrad can be glimpsed stalking the wilds. Glowing eyes, glinting fangs, terrifying claws, and a truly impressive amount of luscious hair. Always hunting for his next birdie - you can bet he’ll find it.
Green C Studio casts James Conrad - the nicest man you’ll ever meet - as the Wolfman! With a straight-stable flight, perfect for maintaining whatever angle you throw it on, and a rim sporting blue glow - you can be even more confident during your glow rounds with the first ever Eclipse R2 Neutron Nomad.
The Nomad
The first disc in the James Conrad line, the Nomad is a neutral to overstable beaded putter. The Neutron is a true putt and approach disc in that it is great at finding the chains while it can also handle the torque of a full throw. The Nomad truly represents the partnership between James and MVP, and the results speak for themselves.

R2 Eclipse Plastic
R2 Neutron is MVP’s first step towards making disc golf a more reusable and environmentally sustainable sport. Replicating the look and feel of classic Neutron, R2 Neutron is only available in black cores due to being a mix of all Neutron colors. R2 Eclipse features an Eclipse rim that glows in the dark! R2 Neutron Eclipse discs will fly the same as their Neutron counterparts, but with the benefit of being more eco friendly.
The Science of Gyro
MVP's GYRO® Overmold Technology is a design that is produced through a two-step molding process that allows the outer ring to be made with a heavier material. The process of transferring mass away from the axis of rotation increases the disc’s moment of inertia at parabolic proportions.
Since linear and angular momentum and aerodynamics act upon each other simultaneously, an enhanced gyroscopic effect will improve all aspects of disc flight. Increased angular momentum of a disc in flight will allow the disc to stay on its rotational axis for a longer period of time, which means that its aerodynamic properties will be better exhibited for a longer period of time. When a thrower uses our discs, they will be able to achieve straighter, longer, and more accurate results.
