The Hex is a straight-flying midrange built for control. It will hold a neutral, point-and-shoot line allowing you to shape your shots. Its flat profile and beadless rim make for a comfortable release on both backhand and forehand shots, and it's equally at home carving tight woods or holding a gentle anhyzer. It's molded in Plasma plastic, which has a subtle metallic sheen and a semi-gummy feel that stays tacky and grippy in just about any weather.

The Hex

The Axiom Hex is an ultra-versatile, straight-flying midrange built to give throwers absolute control down narrow fairways. Featuring a shallow, beadless rim profile and a flat top, it fits ergonomically into the hand for smooth, confident releases on both backhand and forehand touch shots. In flight, it offers a remarkably neutral, point-and-shoot trajectory that holds a laser line under power before settling into a gentle, soft finish, making it a reliable workhorse for carving tight woods, executing smooth hyzer-flips, or holding panning anhyzers.

Plasma Plastic

Premium Plastic

Flexibility 3.0 / 5

Firm Soft

Axiom Discs' Plasma plastic is easily one of the best-looking and best-feeling premium blends in their lineup. It features a stunning metallic, pearlescent sheen—often with subtle color-shifting tones—paired with Axiom's signature colorful overmolds. Feel-wise, it sits right in the sweet spot between standard Neutron and Neutron Soft, giving you a semi-gummy, flexible polymer with an exceptionally tacky grip that performs great in cold or wet conditions. Because it has just a touch more flex, it holds up relentlessly to tree strikes while offering a smooth, comfortable release and a flight path that seasons gently over time.
