This Champions Cup release from John Dorn, called Jane Doe, plays on the way disc golf spreads through a community the way a virus does. The Virus itself is one of Axiom's easiest distance drivers to throw, with enough glide and understability for power throwers to flex big turnovers and average throwers to shape smooth lines. It's molded in Proton Particle Glow, a Proton blend packed with light-reactive particles that shine brightly under UV light while the base color glows alongside them.

The Virus

The Virus is Axiom’s easiest to throw distance driver, with a glide and responsive understability that keeps it in the air. Power throwers will be able to flex huge turnover shots with straight forward fade. Average throwers will be able to extend and shape lines using the Virus’ turn and gentle fade.

Firm Soft

It’s an entirely new plastic type featuring glow particles inside Proton plastic to create an exceptionally unique look. The glow particles shine brightly under UV light, while activating the base color of Proton plastic at the same time. It’s one part color-glow and another part a field of glowing particles - it has to be seen to be believed! Particle Glow Proton was the result of a lot of R&D at MVP HQ to keep pushing glow technology forward. Our work isn’t done, but the results speak for themselves here - wow!

The OTB Champions Cup

In 2025, the PDGA Champions Cup will be held at Swenson Park in Stockton, California. This venue is well-known to disc golfers as the site of the OTB Open. However, to avoid a conflict with the DGPT's policy against athletes competing in multiple points-earning events on the same course within a season, the PDGA Champions Cup will replace the OTB Open on the 2025 DGPT schedule.

OTB partners with MVP Disc Sports to feature several exclusive releases with new molds, limited edition artwork, and discs in special plastic blends.
