Seeing a disc beautifully flying through the air, sometimes all you can think of is magic… or in this case, "Wizardcraft"! Mike Inscho gives us a glimpse behind the curtain of this hypnotizing spell on the Particle Glow Proton Hex - a fitting example of poetry in motion. The Hex is a stable, exceptionally versatile midrange - able to perform a variety of shot shapes, perfect for any would-be spellcaster disc golfer. Cast your very own Hex and watch as it seeks chains with ease!
The Hex
Mesmerizingly straight, the Hex will find a place in anyone’s bag as a versatile and reliably straight midrange. At the highest arm speeds, the Hex will produce slightly understable lines from flat, but the 1 fade keeps it from flipping over completely. For lower arm speeds, the Hex has enough turn to make shaping lines a breeze. If you are looking for control in the woods, or simply a versatile line shaper, the Hex is the midrange for you. Available in Neutron plastic to start, add some magic to your game with the Hex!
Proton Particle Glow Plastic
It’s an entirely new plastic type featuring glow particles inside Proton plastic to create an exceptionally unique look. The glow particles shine brightly under UV light, while activating the base color of Proton plastic at the same time. It’s one part color-glow and another part a field of glowing particles - it has to be seen to be believed! Particle Glow Proton was the result of a lot of R&D at MVP HQ to keep pushing glow technology forward. Our work isn’t done, but the results speak for themselves here - wow!

MVP Gyro Technology
MVP's GYRO® Overmold Technology is a design that is produced through a two-step molding process that allows the outer ring to be made with a denser, heavier material. The process of transferring mass away from the axis of rotation increases the disc’s moment of inertia. An enhanced gyroscopic effect will improve all aspects of a disc's flight.

The OTB Champions Cup
In 2025, the PDGA Champions Cup will be held at Swenson Park in Stockton, California. This venue is well-known to disc golfers as the site of the OTB Open. However, to avoid a conflict with the DGPT's policy against athletes competing in multiple points-earning events on the same course within a season, the PDGA Champions Cup will replace the OTB Open on the 2025 DGPT schedule.
OTB partners with MVP Disc Sports to feature several exclusive releases with new molds, limited edition artwork, and discs in special plastic blends.
