This Champions Cup release from Mike Inscho, called Wizardcraft, brings a spellbinding illustration to one of Axiom's most versatile midranges. The Hex holds a reliably straight line for most throwers, with just enough turn at lower arm speeds to shape lines through the woods. It's molded in Proton Particle Glow, a Proton blend packed with light-reactive particles that shine brightly under UV light while the base color glows alongside them.

The Hex

The Axiom Hex is an ultra-versatile, straight-flying midrange built to give throwers absolute control down narrow fairways. Featuring a shallow, beadless rim profile and a flat top, it fits ergonomically into the hand for smooth, confident releases on both backhand and forehand touch shots. In flight, it offers a remarkably neutral, point-and-shoot trajectory that holds a laser line under power before settling into a gentle, soft finish, making it a reliable workhorse for carving tight woods, executing smooth hyzer-flips, or holding panning anhyzers.

Firm Soft

It’s an entirely new plastic type featuring glow particles inside Proton plastic to create an exceptionally unique look. The glow particles shine brightly under UV light, while activating the base color of Proton plastic at the same time. It’s one part color-glow and another part a field of glowing particles - it has to be seen to be believed! Particle Glow Proton was the result of a lot of R&D at MVP HQ to keep pushing glow technology forward. Our work isn’t done, but the results speak for themselves here - wow!

The OTB Champions Cup

In 2025, the PDGA Champions Cup will be held at Swenson Park in Stockton, California. This venue is well-known to disc golfers as the site of the OTB Open. However, to avoid a conflict with the DGPT's policy against athletes competing in multiple points-earning events on the same course within a season, the PDGA Champions Cup will replace the OTB Open on the 2025 DGPT schedule.

OTB partners with MVP Disc Sports to feature several exclusive releases with new molds, limited edition artwork, and discs in special plastic blends.
