The Octane sits in the same stability family as MVP's Switch, Amp, Inertia, and Wave, with a slow-turning profile that holds a long, straight line before fading out. Its wider 23mm rim makes it a bit more stable than its narrower cousin, the Wave. Average throwers will see mostly straight flights with a touch of turn, while bigger arms can hyzerflip it for max distance or ride a tailwind. It's molded in Fission, MVP's ultralight plastic that uses tiny embedded microbubbles to shave weight off the core while keeping the flight characteristics of a heavier disc.
