It's molded in Base Blend, Birdie's classic baseline plastic with a chalky, velvety texture that grips confidently in wet or cold weather and breaks in over time into a custom, worked-in feel.

Base Blend Plastic

Base Plastic
Flexibility 2.5 / 5
Firm Soft

Birdie Disc Golf Supply's Base Blend plastic is a classic baseline polymer engineered for supreme, all-weather grip and an ultra-tactile hand feel. It features a chalky, velvet-like texture that provides exceptional traction on wet or cold days, giving throwers absolute confidence on every release. While it is designed to wear in quicker than premium plastics to help players season custom, workable flight paths over time, it offers a firm, reliable structure that absorbs ground impact beautifully to minimize bad skips on the green.
