The Prodigy Astral A5 is a slightly overstable approach disc paired with Prodigy's star-speckled, semi-translucent, lightweight plastic blend. Engineered with a comfortable, low-profile rim, the A5 is built for clean releases on both backhand and forehand touch approaches, offering a straight flight with a gentle, dependable fade at the finish. In the Astral blend, it delivers an all-weather tactile grip that grabs chains and absorbs ground impact smoothly while seasoning in predictably over time.

The A5

The Prodigy A5 is a slightly overstable approach disc made to be a workhorse in your back. Workable on many angles, the A5 has a nice, smooth feel with a shallow profile and flat top. It is an ideal approach disc for backhand or sidearm approaches. It can handle torque well and has a mild finish on the end, so it won't skip too far from where it lands.
