GYROpalooza is MVP's highly anticipated mystery box release! These boxes are stuffed full with a mix of special edition discs. Gyropalooza boxes have contained new mold releases, limited edition discs, unique releases from the MVP Pro Shop, and more! And all at a discounted value! This is truly a box you don't want to miss out on!
Gyropalooza 2024
The Atomic Age - a period marked by rapid advancements in science and technology, providing the launching pad for the Digital Age. What better way to celebrate Digital GYROpalooza 2024 than to pay homage to the roots of the Digital Age!
Each of MVP's 3 Gyropalooza exclusive stamps this year is directly inspired by the Atomic Age, and they made sure to put them on some amazing discs!
This year’s box is stuffed with 11 discs - featuring 3 unique, triple-foil discs and 8 mystery discs (2 R2 molds and 6 Lab Seconds). As usual though, you can expect some surprises to pop up here and there in these packs (especially in the L2 slots).
3 Unique Discs
Prototype Simon Line Balance
A prototype version of the first midrange in the Simon Line, the Prototype Simon Line Balance is exclusively available in 2024’s GYROpalooza box! Intended to be a midpoint between the Reactor and Pyro, the prototype run wound up having a more overstable flight than we’d hoped. To get that ideal flight, the decision was made to go back to the drawing board and fully retool the mold for its eventual stock release.
However, the prototypes are perfectly excellent discs on their own and they’re releasing them in the GYROpalooza boxes as a truly unique item! Featuring art by Matthew Jorde, grab your own and follow along with the process of going from Prototype to final release!
Special Edition Total Eclipse Vanish
The Vanish is here and finally available in Eclipse plastic! With color glow rims and cores available in Green, Blue, Teal, White, and Purple, there’s 25 different combinations to see on this understable 11-speed distance driver. With an exclusive GYROpalooza illustration courtesy of DoubleRam Design, take your glow golf to the next level with a Total Eclipse Vanish!
Special Edition Color Glow Eclipse Parachute
In late 2022, MVP gave one lucky GYROnaut, Mike Stachyra, the chance to help design a stamp with MVP Disc Sports Art Director, Mike Inscho. It’s taken us a long time, but we are incredibly proud to unveil the Special Edition Color Glow Eclipse Parachute - featuring a tribute to Astronaut Gene Cernan, part of the Apollo 17 mission, and the last man to set foot on the moon.
The Golden Ticket - Will Your Box Have One?
Hold your breath. Make a wish. Count to three. This year, MVP has hidden 100 Golden Tickets in the 2024 Gyropalooza boxes! The "Golden Ticket" will be a special Simon Line Neutron Balance Prototype disc that features a special bottom stamp. These special boxes will have more information on how to proceed from there, but each Golden Ticket will grant you access to the 2025 GYROpalooza celebration, in-person, at the MVP Disc Sports factory. This event will not be open to the general public, but the Golden Ticket won’t be the only way you can attend. Stay tuned for more information about the alternative entry method.
The Science of Gyro
MVP's GYRO® Overmold Technology is a design that is produced through a two-step molding process that allows the outer ring to be made with a heavier material. The process of transferring mass away from the axis of rotation increases the disc’s moment of inertia at parabolic proportions.
Since linear and angular momentum and aerodynamics act upon each other simultaneously, an enhanced gyroscopic effect will improve all aspects of disc flight. Increased angular momentum of a disc in flight will allow the disc to stay on its rotational axis for a longer period of time, which means that its aerodynamic properties will be better exhibited for a longer period of time. When a thrower uses our discs, they will be able to achieve straighter, longer, and more accurate results.

Color & Weight Requests
You cannot pick your exact disc on pre-orders, but you can request your desired colors, foils and weights. It is not guaranteed, but we do our best to fulfill requests.
You make a request by leaving a note in your cart. Click "add a note" just above the checkout button in your cart. You can also email us with your request after placing a pre-order.
No, unfortunately we cannot guarantee requests. However, we only make a fraction of our manufacturer orders available for pre-order to better accommodate requests.
We process pre-orders and fulfill requests in the order that we receive them.
Tips for making requests
As hard as we try to fulfill every request, sometimes we just aren't able to. It is best to let us know your desired color along with 2-3 backup options that you also like.
If there are colors or foils that you don't like, we want to know! This helps us pick something we know you're going to love!
Shipping Information
Disc release dates are set by the manufacturer. We pack and prepare pre-orders prior to the release date and ship them as soon as we are allowed to.
Items ordered with a pre-order will not ship until the pre-order release date. So, it is recommended to place pre-orders on a separate order.
