About MVP Disc Sports
MVP Disc Sports was founded in 2010, and is known for their patented Gyro Overmold Technology discs. Gyro discs are made possible with a dual-polymer concept that allows the central core to be overmolded with different, heavier polymer. This creates a gyroscopic effect that stabilizes the disc’s flight for straighter, longer, and more accurate results.
MVP Disc Sports is made up of three different brands: MVP, Axiom and Streamline. The MVP brand is differentiated by its signature black rims.
MVP Gyro Technology
MVP's GYRO® Overmold Technology is a design that is produced through a two-step molding process that allows the outer ring to be made with a denser, heavier material. The process of transferring mass away from the axis of rotation increases the disc’s moment of inertia. An enhanced gyroscopic effect will improve all aspects of a disc's flight.
